Deanna Zandt is one of my sheroes because she has an amazing ability not only to understand technology, but to take geek-speak that most of us are baffled by and translate it into comprehensible English. In a recent clip from GRITtv, Zandt neatly explains the significance of the role that social media has played in the current Iranian crisis,
“Social media has been fueling not just the revolution by the storytelling of the revolution without gatekeeping.”
And that unquestionably is a revolution all its own. Here is the entire clip:
