So let me see if I have this straight–a pilot discharges a gun in the cockpit of a plane, no worries, nipple rings on the other hand are a threat to national security??

Really wish I could be surprised at the stupidity and incompetence of the Department of Homeland Assholery, but it’s just too late for that. Meanwhile, our ports are unguarded. Wonderful.
You would THINK a nipple is not a dangerous weapon, but in the hands of a right wing zealot, it’s a weapon against reason.
