While criminal charges in the case have not been filed, a woman is suing 10 De Anza College (CA) baseball players who she claims assaulted her a year ago.

“The suit seeks more than $25,000 in damages.

John Cahners, an attorney who represented one of the lawsuit defendants during the criminal investigation, said he had not been retained to handle the suit but questioned the claims.

“Some of the things seem pretty far out,” Cahners said, referring to the assertion that the alleged assailants took photos. “I never heard of anything like that. Who knows where that came from?”"

Is he serious??  Apparently he hasn’t surfed the net lately…
