		<description>These men who are committing such heinous crimes need to be incursorated for the rest of their lives.  The Judicial and political systems need more women making and orchestrating law that are going to be effective in transforming the communities of the Caribbean.  In additon men must be educated, and policies and practise must be implemented to stop domestic violence and other forms of violence against women.</description>
