I do find it troubling that there are not extremely loud demonstrations against Shari'a law, and it's vicious attitudes towards women. Shari'a is intolerable to women and has brought misery for many for centuries. And since when have feministic women ever waited for men to come on board an issue to act? What a total crock. And your voices aren't very loud, because we're not seeing it much in the media. Unless it's championing a liberal cause, that we see ad infinitum. Effectively ignoring half of the voices of your own gender. I'm not liberal, I'm not conservative, I'm a moderate. But it seems to me that supporting a rape victim being jailed and beaten is a no-brainer. Millions of women in this potential predicament around the world and all we hear is crickets. Yep, others need to get off of their asses, but it's a valid question to ask EVERYONE why they're sitting down. If your ass is in a chair, ask yourself why.
