If you're a diplomat, you can't be a terrorist. Yeccch! Isn't the U.S. State Department the least bit embarassed by the sadistic monsters they give diplomatic immunity to? The U.S. needs to prosecute foreign nationals under the same Homeland Security "laws" that they inflict on the guilty-until-proved-innocent American citizens (nuns, Codepink conference attendees, etc.) who make it to the watched list.
