When White Male Republican Members of Congress Have a Run In with the Capitol Police
Can we assume that when a white male Republican member of Congress tussles with the Capitol police that they get trashed in the media the same way that former Rep. Cynthia McKinney did?
“After arguing with a Capitol police officer and reaching to touch the officer’s nametag, Rep. Christopher Shays Friday apologized for acting “in a way I know was not appropriate.â€?”
Don’t hold your breath. But in the meantime, catch this video, of McKinney addressing the Green Party. If you think another U.S. is not possible, think again.
